Turnline is operated by Apex Aviation Training Group LLC ("Apex"). Apex is responsible for the Turnline waitlist and its personal data.
Turnline's early-access list collects your email address, the date and source of your opt-in, and confirmation/unsubscribe status. If you use campaign links, we may store source, medium and campaign parameters. This information is used only to send product development updates and beta invitations you requested.
Signups require opt-in and email confirmation. You may withdraw your consent through the unsubscribe link included in emails. We will suppress future marketing to unsubscribed addresses.
The waitlist uses Supabase for database storage and email-confirmation processing, Resend to deliver verification and update emails, and Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent abusive registrations. These providers process information as needed to deliver those services.
Waitlist records are accessible only to authorized administrators. Pending, unconfirmed registrations are deleted after 30 days of inactivity. Confirmed subscriptions are retained for up to 24 months after the last recorded interaction and then deleted unless another lawful retention obligation applies. Unsubscribed records are deleted after 30 days; if you sign up again later, a new explicit opt-in and confirmation are required. Automated daily cleanup applies these limits.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing support@turnlineops.com. Requests may require reasonable identity verification. We may retain limited information where legally required.
